Mailbox Repair Request

To help us assess the damage and provide an accurate quote, please follow the steps below:

1. Upload Photos
   Take clear pictures of the damaged areas (including the back of the mailbox). You’ll need to upload 1 to 3 images with a maximum file size of 3MB each.
2. Complete the Request Form
   Fill out the form below with your contact details and a description of the issue.
3. Wait for Our Response
   Our team will review your submission and get back to you via email with an estimate or additional questions. This may take 1 business day.

How We Handle Mailbox Repairs

• Customer-Supplied Mailboxes: If you’ve purchased a new mailbox system, we can install it for you. Please provide a photo of the mailbox system you've bought along with a photo of the current mailbox system
• Painting: We offer painting services for posts and aluminum boxes. We do not paint low-quality steel mailboxes, as the paint tends to peel and rust.
• Severe Damage: If your mailbox is badly damaged, we may request a photo of a similar, undamaged mailbox (e.g., from a neighbor) to ensure we restore it accurately.
• Repair Review: Your submitted photos may be reviewed by our repair expert, which can take up to 1 business day.
• Payment & Scheduling: Once we provide an estimate and you approve it, we will let you know what time slots we have available.
